• 101 independent living apartments
• 59 assisted living units
• 32 memory care beds

• Theater / Chapel
• Indoor Pool
• Fitness Center
• Full Service Kitchen & Dining Facilities
• Commercial Laundry
• Salon
• Administrative Offices

Structural/HVAC Systems:

• Structural steel braced frame with composite metal deck
• VTAC Units for independent and assisted living units and CRF system for Common areas and memory care units
