Wohlsen Construction Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Noreen to Senior Vice President of Senior Living and Virginia.

Ken joined Wohlsen Construction in 2013 as Vice President of Senior Living Development. During his tenure at Wohlsen, he has advanced to senior vice president of senior living as well as regional leader for Wohlsen’s Connecticut and North Jersey offices.

In Ken’s new role, he will be responsible for managing the operations of the Virginia and Greater D.C. regional markets, by providing guidance and leadership to the business development and project teams. He will use his 33 years of expertise to develop unique strategies to support the continued growth of Wohlsen in the DMV Region.

In addition, Ken will continue to oversee the senior living teams across Wohlsen’s entire geographic footprint, coordinating client pursuits and relationships while integrating Wohlsen’s Senior Living strategy throughout all six regions. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from North Park University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University.
